How we confirm your usable loft space
Measured loft floor area and final boardable or insulatable area are not always the same. Final usable area is subject to safe access, roof shape, services, obstructions and the need to preserve suitable ventilation paths at the eaves and elsewhere. Where necessary, installers will leave reasonable clearances and will not extend boarding or insulation into areas where doing so would compromise ventilation, safety or good installation practice. The final layout and usable area are confirmed from site conditions.

Is the survey really free?
Yes. The measured survey and written quotation are free, with no obligation to go ahead.
Will the boarding squash my insulation?
We assess your insulation depth and condition, and specify suitable supports and clearance. Boarding should not simply compress the insulation. If your loft needs additional work or non-standard supports, we’ll explain and quote for it.
Can I have more than 10m² boarded?
Yes. We’ll measure the usable space and provide a written price for the layout you want. Access and the support system are assessed at survey.
Do I need a new ladder or hatch?
Not necessarily. We’ll check your existing access and explain whether it is suitable. If you need an upgrade, it will be priced separately.
Does this turn my loft into a bedroom?
No. This offer is for loft storage. Creating a habitable room is a different project with additional structural and building requirements.
When could you install it?
We’ll discuss available dates after understanding the work required. Timing and expected installation duration will be agreed before you book.
