How enquiry information is used
Loft King uses these details to respond, confirm postcode coverage, discuss your needs, arrange a survey and prepare a quotation. Loft King is part of Solar Direct Group, and the group customer support team may handle your initial enquiry and survey request.
WhatsApp and external processing
Direct links and the enquiry form open WhatsApp with a message ready for you to review. The website does not save the form answers to a database. Your information is sent only when you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes data under its own privacy terms, which you should review before using the service.
Your choices
You can request access to or deletion of enquiry information held by the business by calling or messaging 07770 274035. The team may need enough information to identify the relevant enquiry. You can also choose to telephone instead of WhatsApp.
