The £395 offer is for a dry, clear and accessible loft with suitable existing insulation. Bare loft floors, damaged or contaminated insulation, removal, stored items, downlight covers and remedial work are assessed and quoted separately.

Ask about this optionThe £395 starting price is the minimum for a qualifying insulation-only job up to 15m². Larger measured areas are £25/m². Prices include materials, fitting and VAT where chargeable. Boarding or combined jobs retain the £495 installation minimum. Moving stored items, removal, opening alterations, downlight covers and specialist work are extra where needed. All specification and pricing are confirmed at survey.

What does the £395 starting price include?
It covers a qualifying insulation-only top-up of up to 15m² over suitable existing insulation, using standard mineral wool supplied and fitted. Larger measured areas are £25/m². A sound existing hatch is insulated and draught-sealed. Your free survey confirms suitability and any additional work before you decide.
What if I have no insulation at all?
A new 300mm insulation installation on a suitable bare loft floor is £30/m², with a £495 minimum installation charge. Removal and other necessary work are extra. We confirm the appropriate specification at survey.
Do I need to measure the loft first?
No. Start with your name, postcode and phone number. The team will discuss your loft and arrange the next step. Photos can help us understand the existing insulation and access, but you do not need them to enquire.
Can I add storage boarding as well?
Yes. Standard raised boarding is £60/m² and can be included in the same quotation. The boarding approach must accommodate the insulation and appropriate ventilation. We can also quote for ladders, hatches and lighting.
Where do you arrange surveys?
We arrange surveys in Liverpool, Merseyside and Ormskirk, with wider North West coverage. Share your postcode and the team will confirm local availability and a suitable appointment.
Is the survey free, and am I committed afterwards?
The survey and written quotation are free, with no obligation to proceed. We explain the recommended specification and agree the price before work begins.
How soon can the work be done?
We discuss the available dates after understanding your job. Installation duration depends on the measured area, access and work required; the team will explain the expected timing before you book.
