Our role
We help landlords understand available EPC information, investigate suitable improvement routes and coordinate appropriate works. Loft King and Solar Direct Group can fulfil suitable insulation, solar and related energy-efficiency work behind the service, subject to scope, availability and survey.
Advice and commercial interest
The team may quote for recommended works or coordinate appropriate specialists. We have a commercial interest in installations we undertake. You are free to compare quotes and are not obliged to buy after the initial check or review.
Assessments are a separate responsibility
This service does not issue EPCs. Only an appropriately accredited energy assessor can assess and lodge a subsequent certificate. An installer recommendation or an indicative model is not an accredited calculation.
Evidence before claims
We publish the sources and review dates used for policy guidance. Property forecasts need evidence and assumptions. Case studies and named expert credentials will be added only where they can be verified and publication is authorised.
