Information collected
We collect your contact details, role, rental status, goals, preferred timescale, portfolio size, property address, the EPC information retrieved for that property, consent choices and time of submission. You may choose to supply other property addresses for a portfolio review. Do not provide tenant details.
Why we use it
We use the information to provide the analysis you request, telephone or email you about it, review suitable works and manage any resulting survey or quotation. Our staff can view the EPC snapshot before contacting you. We record your separate choice if you want WhatsApp updates about this enquiry. You can withdraw contact permission by calling 0333 041 3834.
Storage and sharing
Records are stored privately on our hosting account and are accessible to authorised office staff. The sales record is queued for our connected OnePageCRM system. Where follow-up needs an installer or assessor, the team should explain the necessary sharing as the service develops. We do not sell property lists or use EPC records to identify tenants.
Session and measurement
An essential session cookie keeps your selected property and protects the form. It expires when the browsing session ends. The checker records aggregate counts of steps such as searches and plan requests; these counts contain no contact details or property address. A hashed network identifier is retained for up to 15 minutes to limit abuse.
Campaign labels in the link and the referring website's hostname may be stored with your enquiry to identify its source. Organic search queries are normally unavailable; we do not infer them. This checker loads no advertising pixels, optional analytics cookies or external fonts.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry records are kept while needed for your request, follow-up, resulting work and applicable record-keeping obligations. The office must review and remove records no longer needed. You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction by calling 0333 041 3834. We may need to verify your identity. You can also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
